This is an online activity. We meditate for 20-25 minutes.

Once you RSVP we will provide you with the connection instructions. The meeting room is usually open about 10 minutes beforehand. After beginning the entrance will be closed to preserve the quiescence and integrity of the absorption.

New, regular and seasoned meditators are welcome join an early evening period of zazen (seated meditation). If new to meditating, please inform us and plan an intro, and receive some basic instruction on how to proceed.

Sometimes we may include a pearl of wisdom for you to consider, and on the Saturday edition may include more time for after-talk. As an expression of openness, Noten provides a non-dogmatic approach to meditation. Relax, breathe, enjoy silence and depart.
