Scenic Stitches: Midtown Manhattan

This peaceful indoor oasis has lots of light and huge waterfalls providing a soothing background for knitting and chatting with friends. But the best part: a hidden bookstore tucked inside the lobby. Park Avenue Plaza runs all the way through mid-block, so you can enter on both 52nd and 53rd streets.

If you want to grab a bite before or after the meetup, make sure to check out the NYC's first Singapore Hawker market. Urban Hawker features 17 vendors offering popular Singaporean fare, eleven of them directly from hawker centers in Singapore.

This meetup group is open to all skill levels and fiber artists: crochet, embroidery, knitting, etc.. There is no agenda. Just bring your crafting materials and get ready to meet some very lovely people. If you are new to knitting, let me know so I can bring extra materials.
